Oakville’s Lindsay Daviau has been appointed to the Ontario Courtroom of Justice.
Daviau was one in all seven judges appointed to the provincial courtroom by Lawyer Basic Doug Downey on Tuesday (Nov. 22).
Chief Justice Lise Maisonneuve has assigned Daviau to Brampton’s A. Grenville and William Davis Courthouse, efficient Dec 1, 2022.
Daviau, who was referred to as to the bar in 2006, was an assistant Crown lawyer in Hamilton, a place she has held since March 2022.
